I grew up fixing toys that weren't broken yet. That same curiosity now drives me to build the systems that let engineering organizations coordinate at scale, and then hand them off so they outlive my involvement.
Making an Impact
Operational Transformation
Rebuilt coordination systems so one person could operate what previously required three, while scaling volume 20x. The goal is always the same: remove the overhead so people can do their best work.
Strategic Leadership
I find systemic risks before they surface, like governance processes creating the very conditions they were designed to prevent. The strongest programs I've led operated independently for over 18 months after I moved on.
Lasting Organizational Influence
Systems I've built have been referenced in executive priority guidance for six consecutive quarters and directly influenced product roadmap investments. The coordination infrastructure became the standard for an organization's highest-priority engineering work.
Enabling Others
The highest-leverage thing a leader can do is build systems designed to be owned by others. I've transitioned programs to teams that operated independently for years and published AI methodologies adopted across organizations.
What I'm Building Next
I've built and led teams across government and commercial technology. What I'm focused on now is building solutions that compound: where each person's work creates leverage and enables others to thrive, where AI augments judgment and curiosity rather than replacing it, where the operating model scales with the organization, and where the systems we build allow people to work with pressure rather than under it.
